A traditional English Afternoon Tea is a delicious meal composed of finger sandwiches, scones, sweet pastries and cakes.

We offer an authentic British tea session (with a few American twists!), complete with your choice of tea, assorted sandwiches, scones, and sweets. Please see visit our menu page for details!

We’re glad you asked! Windsor House is dedicated to an authentic British afternoon tea experience (with a few American touches!). We are a family run business, and deliver the same treatment and quality you would receive in England (without the flight!).

Windsor House makes all our delicious savories and sweets from scratch using fresh ingredients, and serve a variety of loose leaf teas. We also keep our tea rooms small and intimate to create a comfortable space. We’re dedicated to giving you an authentic and special experience!

Call us at 973-579-5300. If you receive our voicemail, please leave your name, how many in your party, and when you’d like to come in. We’ll call back in a few days to confirm!

Our tea room hours are:
Thursday: 1pm
Friday - Saturday: 11am / 1pm / 3pm
Sunday: 11am / 1pm

Our parking lot is located behind the building. We highly recommend carpooling, as our lot can fill up quickly!

We are located right by the antique shops and shopping outlets. We highly suggest planning a full day of tea and shopping. (What could be more fun?!)

Yes, you can! You can reserve our downstairs tea room, upstairs tea room, or both for your party.

Due to high volume, we cannot accept private event inquiries over the phone.

There is no dress code requirement. However, we love seeing our customers in their best tea attire, and may feature you on our Instagram page!

Yes, we do! Our staff is thoroughly trained in food safety and cross contamination, and we are diligent in allergen safety. We ask that you please inform us of any allergies when making your reservation.

However, there is still always a risk, particularly if you have a severe food allergy. We advise you to use your own personal discretion when making your dining decisions.
